The object does have structured bi-directional emissions. How would a mere "rock" produce such features? Any comet "experts" here able to explain?

We’re ignorant about the extent of nature’s manifestations, of the possible probabilities that exist throughout the universe; however, I think it’s very hasty to disregard the possibility that it could be something artificial.
