I’ve been watching this ufo for 10 min now. It has gone up and down. Stuttgart Germany. 226* SW. First there were 3 of them. Now there is just one left
It’s crazy. I see this one not for the first time. It’s always around that area. Nearby is a US base
That is a star. There’s no other object in your cameras view that gives any reference for motion. I’m guessing it’s a star that you stared at long enough to think it was wobbling up and down

Gonna be honest with you: Stuttgart has SOF forces and supports aviation units from all around the area. My first guess is helicopter, second guess is a HAB.
