Time: January 7th 2025 at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Location: Los Angeles/Vernon
I was sitting in my car at the top level of of a parking lot in Los Angeles/Vernon waiting for my shift to start when I noticed a strobing light. It was moving left and right and up and down. I recorded a few clips of it. When I came out of work at night, I saw it and recorded it again.
