Hello. Here's another video that I took here in:
Location: Puerto Rico.
Time: November 11, 2018 / 1:13am (AST).
The object looks like 2 rings. Each "ring" appears to move independently. I zoomed the video that night/morning and it appears that each ring can move independently. It was heading to the north/northeast, not so fast.
