Description: Dancing lights that have odd movements and goes beyond the horizon in split seconds, these are not spotlights as ive seen spotlights operated in my area and know the type they use which produce rays of light. Meanwhile these artifacts we've observed seem to be encapsulated within cloud structures and seem to signal something and return quickly to its pattern. Shot in Iphone17
