Location: ~ 10km north of Phuket, Thailand
On my way to Phuket Airport in a Grab, stop and go traffic. Spotted this hovering/moving slowly along with the direction of the car. Def did not look like a balloon or plastic bag but maybe some kind of homemade drone or RC plane? Judging from flags and smoke of burning trash it was going against a very small wind, or almost no wind tbh.
