Hundreds of small lights in a single file line high up in the sky

I was just driving on the highway when I saw something very bizarre to me. Probably a hundred or more individual lights in a single file line traveling in the same direction(upwards almost). I was thinking asteroid or something burning up but it persisted for a few minutes. I had to stop staring at it because it was becoming dangerous and really taking my attention off the road. I managed to snap a Pic but my camera was dirty so its blurry. Idk if anyone else ever seen something like this. From my eyes the lights looked artifical and were much more individual than the Pic shows.
