Hi Can Anyone Identify The object in this Earth Satellite video?

Hi can anyone help identify the "metallic bird" object in this video.

There is a car travelling near it to give context for speed. It goes from the trees following flicking left and right in an infinity symbol kind of loop behind the car.

0:44-0:55

Peking Airport, China December 30 2015

It is behind the plane that is taking off on the runaway to again give context for speed. It again flickers and disappears and reappears from left to right also following the same pattern.

It flickers quite quickly and flies rapidly around.

SkySat-1 captures up to 90-second video clips at 30 frames per second. The resolution is high enough to resolve objects that impact the global economy like shipping containers, while maintaining a level of clarity that does not determine human activity.

SkySat-1 also captures some of the highest quality color imagery of any commercial satellite and is capable of sub-meter native color and near-infrared imagery. The terrabella page seems to have more content from it's Skybox /Sky – Sat project but wasn't able to find either anomalies.

The project seemed to have been shut down due to lack of funding.
