I would like to ask a question. I’m considered an intelligent person by others, but the more I learn the more I don’t know, so forgive me if this is a stupid question: are the solar flares capable of producing something like an EMP that can wipe out cell phones, etc? I know they can disrupt phones, or at least it seems like it.
