Hi all!

I had briefly tried photographing M31 in my early days of astrophotography to find no good results. After finally getting comfortable with my set up and picking up a coma corrector, I gave it a shot last Autumn and am very proud of the detail in this picture! Image compression seems to have ruined the core on this post, I promise it looks better normally! Details below :

Scope: Skywatcher Quattro 200p

Mount: Skywatcher EQM-35 Pro

Camera: Canon EOS 200d (unmodified)

Coma corrector: Skywatcher f/4 Aplanatic Super Coma Corrector

Exposure: 2hours 12minutes / 132minutes | 30 sec subs @ 800 ISO

Processing: Deepsky stacker, SiRil, StarNet, Photoshop

Thanks!
