Even if they’re weird, those are clearly human bones in those big mummies, they have fingernails, human teeth, fingerprints, eyelashes ect. All hominins of the genus homo were human. Naledi, neanderthal, erectus, floresiensis, habilis, Heidelbergensis, denisovans, ect were also technically human, and even with the anomalies the skeletons in those “alien” mummies look like they’re more closely related to us than we are to our closest *known* cousins.
