Galaxies at the edge of the earth

    This is a single 6 second exposure at iso 3200, f1.8 on a Sony A7 iii with a Viltrox 16mm and while I know this isn’t really the edge of the earth it’s more a play on the fact that there isn’t any major land mass facing south beyond New Zealand apart from Antarctica.

    This was towards the end of the night where the Magellanic Clouds started to line up vertically above the ocean while I was shooting a little Timelapse but I had to cut it short as the waves were starting to get a bit too close for my liking
