Hey everyone,
I recently found a video on twitter of a circular craft with numerous lights moving back and forth. At first glance, it reminded me of the Starlink satellites, but the behavior and appearance seem different.

A few observations:
* The craft is distinctly circular.
* The lights oscillate in a pattern unlike any known satellite formations.
* The speed and trajectory are inconsistent with typical satellite movements.
Has anyone seen something similar or have any insights? Could this be a new type of satellite, drone technology, or something entirely different?
