I want to believe, but too many times with evidence of giants, it’s either a movie prop of some sort for an indie film or just done by a hobbyist or something.

Very obvious fake, from the first glance. Made by someone lacking familiarity with hominid anatomy. The proximal phalanx does not look like that on any finger of the hand.

Why don’t we have DNA samples for things like this? DNA of the mummies out of Egypt, too. Are we supposed to believe that no one has scanned the DNA in all this time?

The problem with giants and mainstream archeology is that they would have coexisted in ancient times with the megafauna.
This would be very much incompatible with what archeologists decided as a timeline for human ancestors.

Idk if this is real, but “giants” or rather human hominids like denisovans, Neanderthals, etc etc most definetely were the “giants” and we (homo Sapiens) factually interacted and interbred with them. More so they clearly were sophisticated as us, and just as intelligent.

Just shows for some people no amount of evidence would be enough. It’s a giant mummified finger, at this point a “skeptic” would be like, has anyone done any dna testing on it. I’m hearing arguments saying that people can’t be that big but the finger is the proof unless you can prove the finger fake. Denisovans had a massive skeletal structure and seemed to dwarf people based off the size of their teeth and skulls. A lot of this skepticism seems more like willful ignorance. There is a vibrant history of people interacting with giants. You pair that with artifacts that are too big and the discovery of burial sites with 7 and 8 foot skeletons. It’s not hard to imagine some atheist scholar dismissing and warping the facts to fit their godless worldview but this robs us of a full picture of the history of life on this planet. There is a saying that science advances one death at a time, this is because people can be petty. Good ideas are suppressed and ridiculed because they are new and more importantly it’s because someone is selling a book that is pushing the outdated or false information. The navy released UFO footage and Neil Degrasse Tyson still doesn’t believe. The new information from a trusted source didn’t do anything to change his opinion, I think this is unscientific and a major redflag.
