The fact that they couldn’t rule it out and they stated that they may come from out of the system is important. The BBC including this is definitely a step in the right direction.
Conclusion: They are lying and actually have vast amounts of data and proof.
A space agency with unlimited access to space that hasn’t captured data that points to the fact that there is definitely NHI, but people from ground level have been witnessing for years. Just splendid!

I think it’s important everyone actually read the entire document that was released. It wasn’t a smoking gun but it also didn’t say that the matter was closed. It’s exciting that serious people are taking this seriously.
