I’ve always been a very active sleeper, all of my friends noting bizarre behavior from me while I’m asleep. Sometimes it’s intense conversations in jibberish languages, sometimes it’s coherent language talking about extremely abstract concepts (I have an audio recording my girlfriend took as well), sometimes people mention that the moment they press record to try and film me I stop immediately and go dead asleep, etc.

Years ago my friends and I were camping and one of my buddies awoke to me sitting upright, “working an invisible abacus and speaking in tongues” as he described it. It was him, the following morning, who said something that stuck with me ever since, that being that “it seemed like you were being channeled or sending information somewhere.”

I’m not a crystal shard no deodorant hippy by any means but I do acknowledge something spiritual in the universe, and that comment inspired me to start trying to record myself with various sleep recording apps, etc. The resulting recordings I heard of myself freaked me out so bad that I just stopped doing it. It is *really* not me. Anyway.

Fast forward to recently when my sleep paralysis events have become very frequent, often being so extreme that they ruin my mood for the following day. My girlfriend has ran downstairs to me bellowing and screaming and shakes me awake to free me from it. I have some other issues in my life and have recently started seeing a therapist who has been really diving into the matter of my sleep problems, and that’s when I had an event where one of “them” showed its face. It threatened me with severe torture if I didn’t cease exploring my sleep paralysis, and emanated such a spellbinding hatred for me and humanity in general that even once I was back in the room I was sleeping in, no hallucinatory effects from the dream remaining, I was frozen in abject terror and crying. When my girlfriend found me she said my eyes were darting all around and I could only communicate by shaking my head.

The alien I saw is *clearly* inspired in my subconscious by the ones from the film *Fire in the Sky*, which features the most horrifying abduction scene ever, but it’s based on a real abduction account and the total coldness they feel towards us is in the film as well, but I had never felt it directed at me before.

For whatever it’s worth, [here](https://imgur.com/a/cE3RHnG) he is. His skin was bright orange and his eyes were small, perfectly circular, and PIERCING dark blue.

im so sorry OP that sounds terrifying.

its weird that theyre bothering u in ur sleep in a way that harms your waking life, yet they are threatening u for trying to stop them???? like…. they should take responsibility for the harm theyre causing u. instead of trying to force u to shut up & deal with it.

but i guess some aliens just dont respect us…… sad.

tbh mayb u should stop explorin ur sleep paralysis. torture is really really bad. there are some pretty bad reports of alien torture out there. just to be safe u know?

or mayb….. hmm….. are there other aliens/powers/forces that could defend u???

someone once told me “if u close ur eyes and think _Ashtar Command_ 3 times in a row then the ashtar galactic force will contact u”. it never worked for me but mayb since ur a target itll be different for u

**edit:** on the other hand it might piss off that alien, which wuld be fuckin bad if the ashtar galactic force doesnt help u

BTW, the abduction depicted in fire in the sky is not how it allegedly happened to Travis Walton. They changed it a lot for dramatic purposes.
