Some pretty clear patterns are visible in the casing, which might give clues to the construction methods. I’ve been wanting to see more detailed analysis of the masonry in pyramids so was excited to see this study. The data comes from hand annotation of photography of the pyramid – hopefully high res 3d scans of pyramids can be made available at some point for further work with a more objective basis.
