London, June 6, 2026 – At Summer Game Fest 2026, Creative Assembly and SEGA Europe officially announced the upcoming release of the survival horror Alien: Isolation 2 with a terrifying trailer.

Alien: Isolation 2 will once again pit players against the most relentless killer in cinema: the Xenomorph from Alien. This all-new adventure features a completely new storyline, heroine, and environments, but takes advantage of all the tension that made the original game the benchmark for survival horror.
Stranded on a distant, storm-ravaged colonized planet, you’ll have to brave the elements on outdoor peregrinations and explore the cramped corridors of a Weyland-Yutani outpost: Kurosaki Station. This new hunting ground for the alien will require you to not only improvise, but also to develop new tools, techniques and strategies to hope to survive this deadly game of cat and mouse.
“It’s been over a decade since we created the first Alien: Isolation, and I’m really excited to give you a first look at the sequel,” said Al Hope, Creative Director at Creative Assembly. “Our survival team has been hard at work crafting a new original installment in the Alien franchise, making the eponymous creature even smarter, the environment even more hostile, and the chances of survival even slimmer.”
Alien: Isolation 2 can now be wishlisted on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The wishlist addition will be available soon on Nintendo Switch 2.
