Pilots OK After Ejecting From T-45C Goshawk Navy Training Jet In Mississippi
Naval Training Command said a T-45C Goshawk crashed at about 12:30 p.m. CDT Tuesday on private farmland in Noxubee County near Shuqualak, Miss. Both aviators ejected safely and were taken to local medical centers for evaluation. The aircraft was assigned to Training Air Wing One at NAS Meridian. Local and military first responders responded to the scene, and the cause remains under investigation, according to Naval Air Training Command Air Wing One. The T-45 Goshawk training aircraft originated from Naval Air Station Meridian.
