My first astronomical capture: moon; 2026-05-26. Taken on an svbony mk127 maksutov-cassegrain on a sv225T tripod and sv225 alt+az mount using an ASI676MC at prime focus. Used ASICap with mostly automatic settings. The panning around was done with the slow-motion cable controls, not touching the tripod or mount at all, and it is still shaky. The mount feels reasonably stable, but the tripod is very disappointing. The image is unprocessed other than using ffmpeg to crush the 29 GiB file down to a 23 MiB mp4 file.
