DONALD Trump has teased the release of “a lot of things” related to decades of top secret research on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

The US president said his administration will be releasing as many government files as possible and that the docs involve conversations with people who “saw things you wouldn’t believe”.

Trump said during a White House event with the crew of Nasa’s landmark Artemis II mission on Wednesday: “For some reason, and I guess it’s just a reason, it’s been in the minds of people for a long time.

“I think some of it is going to be very interesting to people.”

Earlier this month, Trump said the UFO files will be released “very soon” as he hinted at some “interesting” findings.

The global interest in unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs, continues to surge after Washington announced it would reveal all this year.

In February, Trump said he would direct his Department of War (DoW) chief, Pete Hegseth, to “identify” and “release” all the secret files stored by the US.

He said on Truth Social his administration will begin the “process of identifying and releasing Government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, UAPs, and UFOs, and any and all other information connected to these highly complex, but extremely interesting and important, matters”.

Earlier this month, members of Congress also demanded the release of 46 military videos that insiders claim show convincing evidence that advanced, non-human craft are operating on Earth.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna requested the long list of videos which are being held by the DoW.

In a letter from April 1 addressed to Secretary Pete Hegseth, Luna said the presence of UAPs “in and around the sensitive airspaces of US military installations poses a threat to the security of the armed forces and their readiness”.

Insiders who have seen the videos, titled “Several UAP in vicinity of Columbus OH airport” and “UFOs in formation over Persian Gulf”, said the clips were shocking.

The letter followed hearings by the House task force in September where whistleblowers testified that the DoW possessed video records of UAPs.

Trump’s decision to release the files came after his predecessor Barack Obama sent the media into a frenzy when he declared “aliens are real”.

Releasing the UFO files will be the ‘biggest story of all time’

FORMER head of the UK government’s “UFO Desk” Nick Pope told The Sun before his tragic death in April a release of the files would be the “biggest story of all time”.

In one of his last interviews, he said: “There either is or isn’t a smoking gun in the files somewhere that will prove extraterrestrial visitation.

“From Roswell through to Rendlesham Forest to the infamous Tic-Tac encounter, it’s binary.

“If the US government is sitting on this it’s going to be the biggest story of all time.”

Perhaps the most renowned case for alien life on Earth, it is Roswell which Pope believes could be the smoking gun.

In 1947, the United States military recovered what many believe to be a crash extraterrestrial spacecraft in Roswell, New Mexico.

He says the physical evidence found there will have to be black-or-white.

Pope said: “You can part the curtain and say this is what we got 1947 Roswell and it’s clearly going to be either alien or not.

“You can’t fake something like that.”

Speaking on a podcast interview, host Bryan Tyler Cohen asked the ex-president: “Are aliens real?”

Obama replied: “They’re real but I haven’t seen them.

“They’re not being kept in Area 51. There’s no underground facility.”

Before he joked: “Unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States.”

Obama quickly rowed back on the claims after the podcast was released clarifying that “the universe is so vast that the odds are good there’s life out there”.
