Gregory Smith, was stationed at RAF Bentwaters during that time. A young man in the U.S. Air Force assigned to personnel, Gregory often spent time with the base’s security police and on one of those nights in December 1980, he witnessed something he still struggles to explain.
From the barracks parking lot, Gregory watched bright lights moving deliberately through the forest in what he describes as a grid-like pattern… almost as if something was scanning the ground below the trees.
He says he's 100% convinced we are not alone.
