Location: Marfa, TX
After sitting for two-ish hours watching the Marfa lights and getting some rather unconvincing video, I returned to my Airbnb and noticed some erratic moving lights in the sky on the outskirts of town. A few lights passed by before this really bright orb. The animals in the neighborhood started going crazy right about the same time.

It’s hard to tell exactly how far away the orbs were, but they were definitely in the sky and not on the horizon like typical Marfa lights sightings. I watched for a little while after this and saw a few more similar looking objects, but none as bright as this one.
