Country singer Kacey Musgraves mocked a UFO skeptic when he dismissed her in-flight video of mysterious flying spheres as a regular sighting of a satellite.

Musgraves released some clips on her Instagram showing her sighting of three strange and unexplained spheres that accompanied her plane from Fort Worth to Nashville for almost 45 minutes at high altitudes while she was getting ready to take a nap.

“I noticed them. I’m a noticer, I’m always noticing things,” she revealed on her Instagram story. “I saw these lights that caught my eye that just didn’t look normal.”

The musician explained that the objects traveled at 50,000 feet above ground, moved in triangular patterns, and behaved in ways that were completely abnormal for any human-made craft.

“These orbs were not moving like any craft that we can control,” she said. “They were intermittently coming and going forming triangle patterns, they were kind of an orangish color, sometimes they would get extremely bright and change color, change size.”

Musgraves said the orbs escorted her plane from the Little Rock area up until she reached Nashville. Both pilots apparently reported witnessing the orbs without her having to ask them.

“We’re like, ‘Did y’all just see something weird?’ and they’re like, ‘Um, three orbs off in the sky,’ and we were like, ‘Yeah,’ and both pilots were laughing kind of, and they were like, ‘Yeah, we have,” she recalled. “‘We’ve seen these every single night and all the other pilots are seeing them too and nobody knows what they are.’”

“One of the pilots told me yesterday they had the exact same experience in New York last night, and another one told me the exact same thing about it happening in Dallas.”

However, Mick West, a self-styled debunker and a follower of @flarkey, later claimed on X that Flarkey determined that Musgrave’s video showed Starlink horizon flares because the plane was entirely within the flare zone and the lights appeared in the right place at the right speed.

“‘@KaceyMusgraves UFO sighting video has been identified by @flarkey as being 100% consistent with Starlink horizon flares.’ Her plane was in the flare zone for the entire flight, and the flares appeared in the right position, moving and fading at the same speed as seen on the video,” he wrote. “If she could share the exact time the video was recorded, then we could identify the exact satellites.”

Musgraves was not impressed with his explanation.

“Hey Mick if you zoom way into the videos you can also see a really clear angle of Bigfoot riding your mom,” she shot back.

Despite acknowledging the low quality of her footage, Musgraves insisted better footage wouldn’t make anyone believe her. “You could have the best, most high-quality footage of something and no one would believe it anyway,” she said. “I keep it weird, y’all.”

Musgraves further noted that she had witnessed many strange phenomena in the sky. “That was just the Fort Worth to Nashville flight. I have many more crazy stories,” she explained. “That is definitely not the first time.”
