I used to hate false colors because they “weren’t real”. I’ve since come to love doing narrowband and love the artistic tweaking and palette choices that it opens up.

Love narrowband nebulae… but not those green stars.
I remove the stars for narrowband, process the nebulae, then add in RGB stars at the end.

There should be a key or legend on the shot when they are used.
