Hey everyone. I was looking through my Snapchat memories and noticed this short video I took on A
July 31, 2016. It shows what looks like some stationary orbs towards the West.
At the time, I lived in Orange, California, and the lights were in the Western sky in the direction of the ocean. (Whenever Vandenberg AFB launches something, it can also be seen in the same general direction from where I was in that video).
However, looking back at the date, Google says there were no launches from Vandenberg AFB on that date. Any thoughts? Sorry it's short and low quality, but remember it's from 2016. Smartphones cameras weren't as good as they are today.

What do you think these lights could be?
They are out there dude. Idk what it is but I couldn’t make sense of what I’ve seen
I seen something like this a couple nights in a row and I was certain that I was seeing UFO’s. It turned out to be Chinese lanterns from an Asian wedding further down the beach from where I lived.
I’m not saying that’s what this is, but it looked very similar. I was so disappointed.
