They always say there’s nothing there, nothing worth seeing, nothing worth taking seriously, but somehow there’s always enough there to justify keeping the whole thing under Pentagon control and shutting down the one office people can actually point to and ask questions about. That alone tells you something isn’t right, per usual. And thats why this post belongs here, to shine a light, as we always do.
At the end, disclosure is going to come from the people. They cant hide this forever.

I might be wrong but think your confused…AARO has been blocking disclosure like crazy. It’s a good thing if it gets passed

The motivation behind this bill, as to my understanding, is that the office in question here is involved in the cover-up. The reasoning (true or not) seems to be that taking things out of their hands is necessary for greater transparency. While I am highly skeptical in general, there seems to be more to the story here.

Keeping aaro intact is akin to staying in a damaged/borderline abusive relationship. The longer you cling to it, the more damage done to the other participating party. Never waste your life on the first man or woman you fall for just because something seems better than nothing.
Aaro has done nothing but lie and obfuscate. People tend to exaggerate and wave a red flag over everything on reddit. In this particular instance it is actually valid. We are better off with no office atm than one that intimidates witnesses, boldly lies outright and engages in active disinformation/gaslighting campaigns against the public.

I’ll be called BARO the day after it gets shutdown and a new one instated.
