Lockheed has major operations near Kingwood, TX.
On first thought this is reminiscent of the MKV (Multiple Kill Vehicle) which I believe was “abandoned”.

I saw something very similar about a week ago. It was just one of them, and it was red. Flashed exactly like this then disappeared, in an open sky with no clouds.
Was the first UFO I’ve ever seen.

Probably just strobe lights of some planes. Sometimes that’s all you can see of their lights.
