My own thoughts:
– you can see in the thumbnail above the trees there were two balls of light pretty far apart after the tree line they merged to one.
– no reported firework shows or any air activity in the area.
– the way it “falls” is not physically possible it’s kinda snaking back and forth and then disappears.

Back story — my husband and I were on a little weekend getaway to Port Angeles and the forks area. We both work from home and it was a Friday so we left right after work was done. We both saw this, I immediately pulled over and my husband started recording cause we both had a feeling it was unnatural and didn’t look like fireworks nor did it look like something that was entering our atmosphere it wasn’t that high up. I thought it could be a sky diver and their parachute caught fire but there was nothing around to catch fire from nor a plane. Very odd.
Def a ufo, look up eyesoncinema on YouTube, that’s a common one people have reported for a long time
Whats the device you used to capture this?
Looks like one of those skydivers with pyrotechnics but I can’t say for sure
