William Neil McCasland is rumoured to have inside knowledge of possible UFO sightings
The wife of a missing Air Force general known for his ties to reported UFOs told a 911 dispatcher that her husband “had planned not to be found” when she called the police to alert them to his disappearance.
William Neil McCasland, 68, vanished without trace on February 27. Now a recording of his wife Susan Wilkerson’s desperate call to the police following his disappearance has been released, and for many it will raise more questions than answers.
In the call, Wilkerson can be heard explaining that William had left the house with almost none of the belongings you would expect him to bring.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for 68-year-old William Neil McCasland.
Susan phoned 911 three hours after her husband reportedly went missing and told a police dispatcher: “He’s left his phone. He changed his clothes into… I don’t know what. I think he’s on foot. All of our cars and bicycles are in the garage.”
She continued: “He turned it off and left it behind, which seems kind of deliberate because he’s always got his phone. He has a smartwatch. I don’t know if that’s with him or not.”
Her husband, who has long been rumoured to have had involvement in several UFO-related government programmes, also did not bring his prescription glasses not any wearable devices such as a smart watch, something he normally brought everywhere, according to reports.
Wilkerson reportedly later added that she did not suspect any foul play, but did note that William had apparently brought .38-caliber revolver with him.
According to his wife, Susan had been suffering with anxiety and short-term memory loss.

William Neil McCasland has been missing since February
She explained ““Other than saying if his brain body keeps deteriorating, he didn’t want to live like that. But it seemed to me that was just a ‘man, I hate how this is going’ kind of thing.”
William’s disappearance has sparked national security concerns, with some stressing that the former Airforce general may have secret and highly sensitive knowledge relating to UFO sightings.
Investigative journalist Ross Coulthart told listeners to his “Reality Check” podcast that the incident amounted to a “grave national security crisis”, especially if William has knowledge of supposed “extra-terrestrials”.
“This is a man with some of the most sensitive secrets of the United States in his head”, warned Coulthart.
At one point during his illustrious Airforce career McCasland is believed to have overseen research at the secretive Wright Patterson Air Force Base, a site long associated by conspiracists with classified space weapons programmes as well as possible extra-terrestrial sightings such as the infamous Roswell incident.
