A unified army/economy, with full control of the Mediterranean sea, fertile warm lands
I am aware that the sudden mixture between so many different cultures could potentially be catastrophic. so to prevent that we could have every "city" in which case would've been a country, be its own state persay. each part of the Mediterranean would have a different culture/language.
BUT, despite the differences, they could have one unified language, which yeah it's English obvious enough. and a unified culture, the Mediterranean of course
One giant secular state that ensures the equal treatment of every resident with ABSOLUTE free speech for the betterment of mankind and a regulated free economy (a mix between communism and capatilism for the best possible quality of life)

The „elites“ = parasites of every country would not like that. Especially ABSOLUTE free speech…
Utopian idea in concept but impossible in reality. I’ve had too many beers to argue against this but the sheer amount of dirty work that would be involved is, no offence to euro, out of their capabilities. It’s all a shit sandwich regardless.
