    Without actual penalties for non compliance with these deadlines, what chance is there for anything to be presented

    Also if these are more FLIR videos, then it will be the usual blurry gray blobs

    Good resource for FOIA inquiry people if any of these get held up. We might get them later down the road like what happened with the Mosul Orb video.
