Investigative journalist Mr. Ross Coulthart on NewsNation:
“A few years ago, I had an opportunity to introduce David Grusch to someone who'd been in a very senior role, a very senior role at NASA. And because they both had the right security clearances, David gave that person an indication of what he knew about the Legacy Program and the retrieval of non-human technology and efforts to reverse engineer that technology. And I can remember the former NASA person said to me in some frustration afterwards, ‘If this is true, I've just wasted the last 50, 60 years of my life.’”
[…]
”Do you believe there is such an effort going on? Do you believe that there are sections of the United States government working in collusion with private military contractors to reverse engineer non-human technology?”
Dr. Anna Brady-Estevez of the National Science Foundation:
”I mean I would hope that there have been efforts, and I mean it's been disclosed by many people that there are. I mean I've personally seen advanced craft… So I do believe that there's access to that both in the United States and other places, and so the most normal thing is that engineers and scientists are going to reverse engineer and forward engineer.”
Mr. Coulthart:
“Isn't it pretty dumb then to be focusing a moon mission, landing something on the moon using technologies that are now probably superseded by something in the black?”
Dr. Brady-Estevez:
“I think it depends on what's available, but I mean, I'm definitely somebody who's pushing to get access to the most advanced technologies we have and to see how they can be broadly utilized.”

Of course the former NASA administrator Bill Nelson would just say it is just overheard “bar banter”
NASA cannot be trusted.
From the book *Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion* by Paul LaViolette, PhD
>Some years later, in the summer of 1994, another piece of the puzzle dropped into place. At the time, I was attending a Tesla science symposium in Colorado Springs, where I was an invited speaker. I had just finished delivering my lecture on NASA’s apparent suppression of electrogravitics technologies (discussed in chapter 13) and was surrounded by a small group of people asking various follow-up questions when someone handed me a quickly scribbled note, which I had a chance to read only much later. The note read:
>Sir, I’ve worked with the Biefeld-Brown effect for a number of years. I may be of help to you on verifying the effect. I believe I know your mistake with the discs. I did correspond with T. Brown by mail and phone. Also associated with Project Winterhaven was a project with a slang name of “Sky Vaulting,” a government funded project with North American Rockwell. If you are interested contact me.
>P.S. NASA data is shared with the Department of Defense. Your key is with the Air Force. They are many years ahead of civilian research. **NASA is a PR or a front to obscure Air Force research**.
>(SNIP)
>**So we see that NASA and its employees are being threatened and manipulated into silence to maintain the status quo of a cover-up about the presence of alien craft and the existence of advanced aerospace propulsion technologies.** Seeing that the NASA administration seem determined to steer clear of electrogravitics technology despite repeated attempts by several people to interest them, one is led to sympathize with Tom, my Project Skyvault contact, who said in the note he passed me at the 1994 Tesla conference **that NASA is essentially a public relations organization or a front that obscures Air Force space research.**
>(SNIP)
>Thus, it is apparent that there has been an effort to keep secret the military’s capabilities in space. **While NASA was mesmerizing the public with its rocket flights, aerospace companies were carrying out secret research on electrogravitics and microwave beam propulsion technologies.** A good guess is that the U.S. military currently has large fleets of craft capable of hypersonic flight in space that use nonconventional means of propulsion.
From the book *Visitors From Time – The Secret of the UFOs* by Marc Davenport:
>On the afternoon of January 5, 1965, satellite tracking chief Dempsey Bruton tracked a “huge” disc-shaped UFO that flew over the Wallops Island, Virginia, **NASA station.** He computed its speed at more than 6 ,000 mph. Radar tracked a UFO making “a sharp turn at 4,800 miles an hour” at Maryland’s Naval Air Test Center the same day.
“If this is true”.
He’s implying he was caught off guard by this which makes me think he has to be lying. Someone high up at Nasa would assuredly be aware of Gary McKinnon’s story and subsequent claims. When all of that was happening if you weren’t aware of any of this surely you’d look into if it was credible. I just don’t believe this would be the first exposure he’s had to all of this.
The people playing this game think it’s funny, but when the information asymmetry shifts suddenly they’re like “nooooooo don’t be mean to me.” The layers of secrecy between supposed friends are about to be a big problem.
Nobody feels more self important than NASA employees, good grief.
Never A Straight Answer: the best expansion of NASA
How come Grusch could tell him just because they had security clearance? Disseminating highly classified information also requires a need to know.
