Many videos popped up on Facebook. This is above my city. No lightning reported from the weather center and it was visible in multiple directions but mostly to the north of the city. Also seem by neighboring cities. Completely silent. No stadiums upon people driving by them was emitting this.

Last night around 9PM PST, across Eugene and neighboring cities witnessed multicolored flashes of light above the cloud cover for over two hours. No lightning was reported by the weather center. The phenomenon was completely silent and visible in multiple directions, predominantly to the north. Multiple people captured video independently and posted to Facebook. Stadiums and other local light sources were ruled out by witnesses driving past them. The widespread, simultaneous nature of the sighting across multiple cities, multiple witnesses, no sound, no official explanation is what makes this worth.. documenting and discussing here.
