Japan’s Kaguya spacecraft spent 2007–2009 orbiting the Moon, mapping its terrain in detail and recording breathtaking footage with a high-definition camera. Using that imagery, image processor Seán Doran crafted a 4K video showcasing Earth dramatically rising and setting along the lunar horizon.
