Thought this was possibly a light at first until it flared, I rewound the footage to see if I could see any landmarks, I noticed you can see it right at the beginning, so you will see it is just sea and sky. When I darkened the footage all the colours came out, it almost looks like a digital glitch but if you go frame by frame you see what's behind as shown in first image.
