They start discussing the memo at 36:00. One interesting detail is that Admiral Wilson was acknowledged to be retired at the time, but was asked to return to close out a project at Area 51. This was one point that had been used to refute the memo’s authenticity.
At 50:08, they revisit the memo and the meeting. Davis acknowledges that they’re real, and says that the version discussed is typewritten, while a handwritten version also exists.

Meh.. the same stories recirculated. Unless Admiral Wilson verifies his side of the story, there no value to repeating this now

maybe the object would still be “anomalous” even if revealed, that is the U.S. government wouldn’t advocate for alien origin beyond that it seems to be engineered, and strange enough not to be human.
