Karahan Tepe, discovered in 1997, dating to between 10,000 and 9500 BCE.
Pictures are taken on 10/21/2025. The weather was not especially photogenic, so I had to work with whatever light was available.

    I am fascinated by these sites. I believe there are other hills that have not been excavated as well.

    Definitely makes one question our understanding of those times in history
