Chris Bledsoe, author of the 2023 book, “UFO of God” sat down with Shawn Ryan a little over a year ago to discuss his story, his message, and somewhat surprisingly, his predictions of an upcoming world changing event.
While many of the talking heads in this space toute vague notions of things to come at unspecified dates, in this clip, Chris provides an exact date of when he believes this event will take place; Easter 2026. (Starts 2 Hours and 25 minutes in)
This is great both for the believers and non-believers of Chris. If Easter comes and goes without “a new knowledge” being given to humanity, then he is one more talking head likely to be dismissed for any future predictions. There will be lots of “I told you so’s”.
If he is right though, we are less than two weeks away from a world changing event. Based on this conversation and the way he has presented it, there is no room for him to wiggle out this if it doesn’t occur. I think he deserves at least some credit for putting himself out there to this extent. Most of the talking heads in this space wouldn’t dream of giving such a concrete prediction.
Of note, I personally find Chris very difficult to believe at this point. His comments on this event alone being the “Return of Christ” as well as “Satanists.. People that worship the Dark Force” (2h30m30s) scripting Revelations to bring about Armageddon sound incredibly cringeworthy and directly out of a 90’s movie. However, his words on Iran (of which I have linked the start of this video to) do seem a bit eerie with the events of the last few weeks, even if he was referencing events closer to the time of this filming.
What are your thoughts? Worth hiding Easter Eggs this year or wasted time if Christ is planning on returning and spoiling the long weekend?
Edit* – I can see from a number of comments below that I am behind the times and he has updated his predictions to October of this year. Based on how certain he was in this interview though, it definitely erodes significant credibility from his claim.

Historically this is not how things have worked. Failed predictions or unfulfilled promises for evidence supporting specific claims are forgotten, and the community moves on to the next set of claims/predictions as if nothing happened. Sure, some people get burnt out and leave, but there’s always new people falling down the rabbit hole to replenish the ranks, and the cycle continues.

Hasn’t the date been updated to October per his more recent interviews (like with the Why Files)? I think he pointed out that he had conflicting dates from astronomers he was looking for help from on the message the lady gave him (which mentioned an event, but not an exact date).
Its always 2 weeks away.
Later on he said that he made a mistake – its supposed to be in September. Then a bit later on – he changed that again to October 7th.

Who the fuck is Chris and why should I believe in him?
I think he’s sincere, but will likely be wrong. Just like in *Messengers of Deception* by Vallee. I think this also relates to Vallee’s idea of the regulation, the thermostat of our awareness of the NHI presence. I think the NHI having contactees go out on a limb is a means of regulation. Awareness of NHI goes up as the contactee gains a following. To bring that awareness back to the set point, the contactee is told to predict something by a certain date, which turns out wrong, and the contactee loses followers, awareness of NHI presence goes back down.
I generally think prophecies are BS as well, but to give credit where it’s due the other aspects of Bledsoe’s prediction have been eerily accurate. Like OP said, Bledsoe said there would be a war between Israel and Iran and that there’s a group enacting out Biblical end times prophecies. Outside of Bledsoe, a lot of New Age folks talking about a Great Awakening. And even just personally, I can’t help but feeling like the last 5 years have been a continuous crescendo towards something, I see that video from McKenna being shared a lot recently, about the “omega point” and things just getting weirder and weirder until a breaking point. We’ll find out soon enough I guess.
I had a weird experience recently, I’ve successfully astral projected two times in the past with the attempt of making contact with benevolent NHI, one time was successful and it’s a lot to get into. I recently started trying against, it’s insanely difficult for me to reach that level of focus/meditation but my goal this time was to contact the lady in white that Bledsoe mentions. Well my eyes vibrated and I shot through (it was slightly different than before not sure how to explain it) and I was floating through space with something drawing me towards it/sort of a pull towards something grand, in my mind what maybe god is. As I’m going on my left I see the silhouette of a woman and she reaches out with one hand towards me and with my left hand I reached back and touched her hand/fingertips with my fingertips and then I came to.
I take all of my experiences with a grain of salt knowing very well it could be DMT release in the brain or forced lucid dreaming. It was a profound experience though and I will continue to try to make contact. My goal is always to help humanity, to ask for help for the sick children and to essentially say that our corrupt leaders do not represent us and that most humans want to live peacefully.
I think it’s important context to add that he did not come up with this date. He alleges that people at NASA calculated the date based on the info he received from the Lady (ie, when the red star Regulus is in the Sphinx’s gaze at dawn…). They originally pointed to Easter 2026 but he says they later corrected it to around the Vernal Equinox in late September of this year.
Also, the prophecy he received is that humanity will receive a “new knowledge.” He’s been pretty clear that he doesn’t know exactly what that means, even though he’s also speculated about some possibilities and mentioned that he’ll be in Egypt this Fall on the new Why Files Basement podcast. For anyone interested, I think it’s his best interview.

I absolutely loathe how so much of UFOlogy has become intertwined with Christian, religious non-sense. A phenomena that should be approached with a rational mind, and scientific thinking is becoming increasingly married to kooks, grifters, and zealots that just drag us into an intellectual quagmire. Satanists and Jesus? Give me a break.
He rolled this back to October 7. He said he was shown the Sphinx/ Regulus alignment, and asked someone when that would occur, and they told him Easter, it was around the time he was writing UFO of God so he put it in there.
He later found out that the alignment isn’t at Easter, it’s in October. You have to wonder who he asked, was it one of his Nasa contacts? If so they deliberately gave him false information, but someone should have checked it.
Anyway he rolled it back a few weeks ago on socials, and is heading to Egypt for Oct 7.
What a load of cobblers… how many time have we read that line before.
