I usually read the Guardian, but am very disappointed in this article basically dismissing the Varginha case as a hoax.

No mention of James Fox's documentary, instead only talks about another documentary that conveniently recently came out (great timing) which claimed witnesses lied for money.

Not much digging about how the soldier who was supposed to have handled the being died, no talking to hospital staff. No checking records or witnesses about the massive military involvement at the time.

And then ending the article with a loony description of a bystander who believes the case is authentic.

  1. Thanks, I won’t give a view then. I’m open to new evidence or interviews that throws the case in a different light. But this seems low effort.
