They had live feed (alleged if moon landing was real on 4KB of ram NASA computers ) of moon to America at 1ms latency, dont think it would be that difficult for them to create a reproduced vehicle.
The physics and chem have always been there since before eistein came up with general relativity and GE is still a theory with no application.

They said the US did have the technology in 1951.
But, in this particular photo, it is an alien spacecraft.

The technology to throw a hubcap into the air like a frisbee? Making these photos were a trend at the time because handheld personal cameras were new and flying saucers were popular in media. That’s why there are tons of these kinds of photos from that time period and they’re all taken from basically the same angle.
