Orion & Horsehead Nebula

This is my first image with a dedicated astro cam, the 533MM Pro! I upgraded from an old DSLR, and this was a huge improvement. The processing for mono is definitely more extensive but I like it – Anyways, I hope you all enjoy!

• AstroPixelProcessor – calibration and stacking

• Siril – background extraction, denoise, star removal, stretching, HDR multiscale, HaRGB combine & Pixel Math

• Adobe Photoshop – dim layer blend with masking to bring out Orion’s bright core
