Laser pointer from someone in a stationary helicopter? I saw some sort of aviation lights at the start of the video. Maybe they could see a light on your drone and were aiming at it?

EDIT: So this is more likely someone filming a screen while shining a laser light behind it, but if it was legitimate, it would be a strong candidate for some weird form of sprite or elf.
