I captured this using my mobile camera outdoors during dawn/evening light. I noticed it was strange because it did not appear from any other angle or place. I changed several angles and even moved my camera, but the glow stayed in the same position in the scene. It did not move when I moved the camera and disappeared after a short time.

I am not satisfied with the AI’s opinion. After analyzing the video, the AI concluded that it might be “Gegenschein,” which is described as a soft oval glow in the sky. It also mentioned that it could be a thin high-altitude cloud briefly illuminated by twilight sunlight.

I also asked the AI to provide similar images or data, but I could not find anything that looked similar to what I recorded. So if anyone can explain what this might be, please feel free to share your thoughts.

I recorded this glowing patch in the sky using my mobile phone outdoors during dawn/evening light. The strange part is that it stayed in the same position in the scene even when I moved my camera and changed angles, and it disappeared after a short time. However, I could not find any images or examples that looked similar to what I captured.

It just looks like some random object that isn’t in focus. Could be a balloon not in focus.

Did it look like that to your eyes? To me that looks like a daytime visible star, and you zoomed in a ton on it and it got upscaled and turned into this rectangle.
