Sneak peek at what's dropping this Sunday.
The feedback from the community after launch was way beyond what I expected. That pushed me to dedicate every free hour these week into making AstroBurst a better processing tool. Here's what's ready:
-FFT-accelerated Richardson-Lucy deconvolution with real PSF kernels
-Multi-scale wavelet noise reduction (5 scales, independent control)
-Tested against 48 NASA Roman WFI simulated PSFs
-Redesigned UI
Image 4 is not a render. That's actual JWST NIRCam data (Pillars of Creation, Program 2739) loaded and auto-stretched in AstroBurst.
Still one developer. Still under 20 MB. Still free.
