First of all, I really doubt that anything significant will be released. The timing suggests it was a distraction on the day of the SOTU to do something that might be perceived as positive. That combined with past talk not corresponding to action, has me skeptical. The secrecy also has me very suspicious of government motives.

We will have to see it play out. The person with the most to lose is Trump. Nobody else really has much to gain or lose.
I don’t think there’s anything for him to disclose. If there was, he’d have sold/told it already.
All the sexy stuff is either above Presidential clearance or held by corporations.
