First attempt to stack moon images.
100 images taken.
Sony A7IV + Sony 200-600mm
ISO 250, 600mm, f/11, 1/250s
Siril:
Used 70 images for the final stack.
- Background correction and green noise reduction.
- Wavelet sharpening
- Slight stretch.
- Slight increase of color.
Lightroom:
1. Adjust black level and color (blue, orange, yellow).
2. Manually reduce magenta aberration (introduced or increased in intensity by Siril?).
3. Radial mask with radial subtraction in the center (cut out the moon) for background glow.
I know Photoshop would work better, but I only use Lightroom as it is sufficient for wildlife (my main focus), and Lightroom alone is cheaper. 😀
