  1. Submission Statement: Is it valid speculation that Hal Puthoff and Eric Davis’ association with this project is related to UFOs? Absolutely. Puthoff and Davis are both physicists well known to be insiders of the UFO subject who specifically study energy and propulsion technology. Obviously, the work of SAFIRE and the similar looking work of Ken Shoulders piques their interest because it’s part of a search for the energy and propulsion source of UFOs. There’s literally no other logical explanation other than perhaps accusing them of being a part of some kind of sophisticated grift or fraud. In the latter case, that’s also a valid point of discussion should that be your inclination. Personally, I would like to know more about these anomalous results and any potentially new physics as well as any good information of actual fraud if it exists because both topics interest me and either way both explanations have a wide reaching impact. Is physics and innovation being stifled by obsessive secrecy or do we have a sophisticated network deep within the MIC engaging in scientific fraud and theft of funds? Are these things mutually exclusive and if not how do we untangle the gordian Knott?

If you think about it, transmutation sounds actually like something quite possible. It’s simply a matter of taking off or adding more neutrons, protons, and electrons, which are, in the end, nothing but energy.

If you say, ‘turn lead into gold,’ it sounds unlikely. But if you say, ‘take lead and add subatomic particles until it’s gold,’ it’s not so unbelievable. It’s just a matter of ‘technique,’ knowing how to add or subtract those particles in a skillful way.

In the end, you’re just speeding up a process that occurs naturally all the time around the cosmos.
