Equipment used: Canon t7i (unmodified), Askar FRA300 PRO, Star Adventurer GTI, ASIAIR mini & ZW0 30mm guidescope

Acquisition time: 220x180sec lights, 20x180sec darks 20 flats and bias frames.

This was stacked and processed in Pixinsight with final touches done with Photoshop. Gradients removed with Auto DBE, color corrected with SPCC, removed stars with StarNet2, DeepSNR before stretch, GHS on the starless and starmask separately, HDR multiscale and curves. Images were composited back together in photoshop and finished with Raw Camera Filter.

This was the Askar's first light in the rig and I am blown away with the differences from the 135mm! This target was difficult to edit as I wanted to maintain the details of the core while keeping the definition of the spiral arms pronounced. Over several nights of cloudy winter skies, I found a result I could be happy with.

Clear Skies!
