Eight more records have populated on NARA’s Amazon S3 server, this time from the Department of State. I haven’t had time to review the new records, but I’ve listed the URLs to the files below.

I’m still waiting for a response from NARA on the status of the UAP record transfers. I have multiple emails sent to NARA dating back to December 2, 2025 without any response. There are notable agencies still missing, including Air Force and FBI. Given the established time frames, NARA has until roughly the end of March to finish releasing records, but there has just been silence and a slow drip of records.

  1. The timing of these records populating and recent statements from presidents is likely a coincidence. NARA has had a slow drip of records and they have just over a month left to meet the deadlines established by the 2024 NDAA. However, in addition to the records lined up for release, NARA has also received records that are intended to be withheld from the public. Reviewing and releasing those records would be an easy first step if there is any serious consideration of disclosure.
